Phase 1:Laying foundation

	Items donated by Katie being refurbished for use in the garden. These have now been moved to the lower garden.
	Work on the formal garden has started by taking rubble from the kitchen refurbishment to level the space [25/03/12].
	Debris from the old kitchen used to fill the hole.[22/04/12].
	Earth tipped on top of the debris. ~ [27/08/12]

Phase 2: Building path and summerhouse

Phase 3: Planting

	The summerhouse as of 6/5/15.
	Spring 2015 is just starting.
	The area around the summerhouse has seeds planted. The path needs finishing,which we hope to do soon.
	Handrails being fitted (May 2015)
	Pond installed (May2015)
	Finished and painted (24/05/15)
	Rocks moved to the pond (24/05/15)
	Feeder added to summerhouse.
	Small greenhouse cleaned out and tomatoes planted.

	21st June 2015.
	Due to part of the boathouse rotting it has had to be reburbished. 1 Aug 2016
	Similar work is being done  to the other boathouse.
